We are delighted to announce that the official charity for Olympia 2008 is WellChild.

WellChild is the national UK charity dedicated to supporting sick children, whatever their condition, and their families. WellChild Children’s Nurses in UK cities provide expert care for chronically sick children living at home, while the WellChild Helpline gives advice to parents and children on all aspects of children’s health. In addition, WellChild doctors, nurses and researchers work tirelessly to improve the treatment and care of sick children - with WellChild research projects working in a wide range of areas including diabetes, liver disease, pain management in children, cancer, congenital heart disease, cystic fibrosis and inherited genetic conditions.

Prize draw

Visitors to the WellChild stand and bag drop-off point in the shopping village have the chance to win a Stevenson Brothers rocking horse in the charity’s exclusive Olympia prize draw.

Stevenson Brothers specialise in making some of the finest rocking horses in the world, and have become experts in the restoration of antique and contemporary rocking horses.

Entry into the draw costs just £2, and WellChild will endeavour to have the rocking horse - which will be on display at their stand throughout the event - with the winner in time for Christmas if at all possible.
